Sourcing & Traceability

  • Our seafood is all wild-caught by small-boat fishermen using low-impact gear.


    Scallops: Our scallops are caught by day boat harvesters off the coast of Massachusetts. Day boats spend 24 hours or less at sea, ensuring maximum freshness of their harvest.

    Swordfish: Our swordfish is caught with hook and line gear off the coast of Massachusetts. Roughly 20-30 vessels deliver swordfish specifically to ports in Massachusetts where we source our swordfish from a community processor called Red’s Best.

    Sablefish: Our sablefish is caught using longline gear and slinky pot gear in the coastal waters of Southeast Alaska.
