Product Description

Our lobster meat comes from the midcoast of Maine along the Medomak River, a unique environment or “merroir” that imparts a rich, savory flavor to the sweet lobster meat. The lobsters were pot-caught by 40 small boat fishermen in a fishery that limits the catch of egg-bearing lobsters and enforces size restrictions to promote a sustainable harvest year after year. The lobsters are cooked and then shelled by hand, resulting in sizable portions of tender meat with a pleasing bite or “snap.” Try it diced and tossed with mayonnaise for a classic Maine lobster roll, or folded into a hearty chowder, luxurious mac and cheese, seafood pasta, or creamy bisque. Or, simply reheat and serve the delicious morsels with a side of melted butter. Comes frozen and vacuum-sealed in 8-ounce packages.

Delivery Details

  • This Add-On will be included in your upcoming subscription delivery after your next charge date. To find the delivery window, look in your member account for the “Next Estimated Delivery” dates above the projected harvest for your upcoming subscription box. You’ll be charged for the Add-On along with your subscription box charge about two weeks before delivery. If your subscription is prepaid, the Add-On will be charged to your card on file, but the subscription box will be covered by your prepaid balance.

  • What are one-time boxes?

    One-time boxes are 4-5 lb boxes of seafood that we make available to our members as a special perk of their membership. The seafood we offer as a one-time box may be from a fishery in a different part of the country (think Maine scallops!) or a special cut of seafood we already source (think halibut cheeks or king salmon collars). It may be a value-added seafood product we've created, like our Grill-Ready Salmon Burgers, or smoked sablefish. Lastly, it might be some of the species we include in our subscriptions in cases where we have a surplus of delicious premium quality seafood after our subscription boxes are packed.

  • Do members get a discount on one-time boxes?

    Yes! All of our members receive a 10% discount on one-time boxes. Simply log in to your member account before checkout to have your discount automatically applied.

  • Can I just order one type of seafood?

    We often offer a single species in our one-time boxes, in addition to mixed species boxes. We are not currently customizing any one-time boxes.

  • Can I add a personalized gift message for my recipient?

    Yes! During checkout you will be asked if you want to leave a gift message for your recipient. One week before delivery, we will send your gift recipient an email with delivery information and your gift message.

  • What are the denominations of your Digital Gift Cards?

    We offer digital gift cards for $50, $100, $150, or $250.
