Product Description

Our grill-ready burgers are made from wild Alaska keta salmon caught by small boat fishermen. We offer two varieties, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil and Fire-Roasted Veggie, developed by our James Beard Award–nominated culinary director, Grace Parisi. The burgers are blast frozen at low temperatures and vacuum sealed for maximum freshness. Each box comes with 16 burgers, eight per flavor. They can be cooked or grilled from frozen in just ten minutes, making them the perfect solution for a quick, nutritious meal. Simply brush the frozen patties with oil, then grill or pan-sear them over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Top them with an egg for breakfast, put them on a bun with all the fixings for lunch, or add them to a rice and veggie bowl for dinner — there are endless ways to enjoy these burgers!

Delivery Details

Orders placed by 11:59pm CT on Wednesdays will ship the following week. You can also elect to ship it with your next subscription box delivery to save on packaging and fuel use. All orders are packed in environmentally responsible insulation, recyclable packaging, and on dry ice.

What are one-time boxes?
One-time boxes are 4-5 lb boxes of seafood that we make available to our members as a special perk of their membership. The seafood we offer as a one-time box may be from a fishery in a different part of the country (think Maine scallops!) or a special cut of seafood we already source (think halibut cheeks or king salmon collars). It may be a value-added seafood product we've created, like our Grill-Ready Salmon Burgers, or smoked sablefish. Lastly, it might be some of the species we include in our subscriptions in cases where we have a surplus of delicious premium quality seafood after our subscription boxes are packed.
Do members get a discount on one-time boxes?
Yes! All of our members receive a 10% discount on one-time boxes. Simply log in to your member account before checkout to have your discount automatically applied.
Can I just order one type of seafood?
We often offer a single species in our one-time boxes, in addition to mixed species boxes. We are not currently customizing any one-time boxes.
Can I add a personalized gift message for my recipient?
Yes! During checkout you will be asked if you want to leave a gift message for your recipient. One week before delivery, we will send your gift recipient an email with delivery information and your gift message.
What are the denominations of your Digital Gift Cards?
