With its beautiful bright white color, and lean, delicate flavor, halibut is an absolute favorite amongst seafood lovers. It’s gorgeous on a plate next to bright vegetables and flavorful salsas, pestos, or pan sauces. It shines in raw or cured preparations, such as a thinly sliced crudo with lemon, oil, and sea salt. Added to curries or chowders, halibut elevates even the simplest of dishes. And it’s ridiculously delicious when battered and fried for fish and chips or baja-style tacos. Our halibut was caught with longline gear near Sitka and Kodiak, Alaska, and filleted at our former company-owned processor in Sitka. We have a limited number of boxes available—order yours today!

  • What are one-time boxes?

    One-time boxes are 4-5 lb boxes of seafood that we make available to our members as a special perk of their membership. The seafood we offer as a one-time box may be from a fishery in a different part of the country (think Maine scallops!) or a special cut of seafood we already source (think halibut cheeks or king salmon collars). It may be a value-added seafood product we've created, like our Grill-Ready Salmon Burgers, or smoked sablefish. Lastly, it might be some of the species we include in our subscriptions in cases where we have a surplus of delicious premium quality seafood after our subscription boxes are packed.

  • Do members get a discount on one-time boxes?

    Yes! All of our members receive a 10% discount on one-time boxes. Simply log in to your member account before checkout to have your discount automatically applied.

  • Can I just order one type of seafood?

    We often offer a single species in our one-time boxes, in addition to mixed species boxes. We are not currently customizing any one-time boxes.

  • Can I add a personalized gift message for my recipient?

    Yes! During checkout you will be asked if you want to leave a gift message for your recipient. One week before delivery, we will send your gift recipient an email with delivery information and your gift message.

  • What are the denominations of your Digital Gift Cards?

    We offer digital gift cards for $50, $100, $150, or $250.
