Product Ingredients

• Salmon Breakfast Sausages: Wild Alaska sockeye salmon, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, sage, garlic, cloves, rice silica concentrate. Rice silica concentrate is an ingredient added in small quantities (less than 2%) to help prevent caking. It’s made from rice hulls that are ground to a fine powder and used as a natural alternative to synthetic silicon dioxide. Neither option has negative side effects; however, rice silica concentrate may have health benefits. It can be purchased as a supplement, as it’s reported to help form collagen in one’s body.

• Umami Salmon Burgers: Wild Alaska keta salmon, green onion, toasted sesame oil, organic white miso (organic soybeans, organic rice koji, sea salt, well water, koji spores), rice bran oil, umami seasoning (modified food starch, soy sauce [soybeans, wheat, salt], shiitake extract [shiitake mushroom and maltodextrin], yeast extract [yeast extract and salt]), seasoning (salt, spice, garlic and onion powder).

• Lemon-Pepper Salmon Burgers: Wild Alaska keta salmon, rice bran oil, dill, parsley, chives, seasoning (salt, spice, garlic and onion powder), lemon oil seasoning (dextrose, oil of lemon, citric acid, malic acid), black pepper.

The salmon in this box was caught using low impact gillnet gear in Upper Cook Inlet in Southcentral Alaska, in Bristol Bay, Alaska, and in the coastal waters of Southeast Alaska. The rockfish was caught using low impact hook and line gear near Kodiak, Alaska.
