Ingredients
For the halibut:
1 fillet halibut, cut into 1 inch pieces Available In Our Premium Subscription Box
1 tablespoon coconut oil
For the sauce:
⅓ cup of almonds
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons coconut oil
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
1½ teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of flat leaf parsley
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
MAKE SAUCE
Toast almonds until they are fragrant and have a little color, then let cool.
Add all of the anchoïade ingredients to a food processor and process until somewhat smooth.
COOK FISH
Sauté the Halibut in a sauté pan until cooked through.
PLATE + SERVE
Serve the sauce over the fish.
