Shipping Information
We deliver responsibly harvested, wild-caught US seafood within the lower 48 states.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
In checkout, you'll have the option to select your delivery window.
Standard Shipping — Standard shipping is $20, or free when you spend at least $100. If you select standard shipping at checkout, orders placed by 11:59pm CT on Saturdays will be delivered the following week.
Expedited Shipping — If you need your seafood faster, you can select an expedited shipping option. Enter your address in the cart to see estimated delivery dates for standard and expedited shipping. Our expedited orders are processed Monday through Wednesday and sent out via a 2-day shipping service. Expedited shipping rates are based on your location and order quantity.
Combine with next order — If you're one of our members who receives monthly or every-other-month deliveries, or if you placed a recent order that hasn't shipped yet, you can also elect to ship a new order with your upcoming one to save on packaging and fuel use. This option is always free.
Delivery Notes
- You do not need to be home during the delivery to receive your box.
- Your fish will be nestled in insulated packaging with dry ice and will stay frozen solid until the end of the day for your convenience.
- Need to change your delivery date? Not a problem. Just log-in to your member account or contact our support team.

Delivery Notifications and Schedule
Communications about one-time orders:
- You'll receive an email from us with tracking information once your order has shipped. We'll also alert you when your package as been delivered.
Communications about subscription orders:
- Two to three weeks before delivery: You’ll receive a payment notification confirming that month’s box.
- The week before delivery: You’ll receive your specific delivery date for the following week, giving you time to plan for your delivery.
- Week of delivery: You’ll get a notification that your box is on its way, and we'll notify you when it gets to your door.
We are committed to reliably delivering your seafood on schedule. Nature doesn’t always adhere to our plans, so our schedule is subject to change over the course of the season. If that happens, we will email you with a new delivery date.
