The Sitka Seafood Market referral program was developed to thank our current members for recommending us to their friends and family. Our members are our best spokespeople!

• Members can refer a friend through their member account or via an emailed referral link.
• A “Member” is defined as someone who is currently enrolled in a Sitka Seafood Market subscription box. A “Referred Customer” is a new customer to Sitka Seafood Market who is referred by a Member and purchases a subscription. Any rebates and discounts available through this Referral Program are only available if the “Referred Customer” has never enrolled in a subscription product with Sitka Seafood Market.
• A valid order is defined as at least one Subscription Box or One-Time Box.
• Credits may be used on recurring subscription orders up to the value of that order.
• If a Member successfully refers a customer (the Referred Customer places a recurring order), the Member will automatically receive $10 off their next recurring order that occurs within the next 31 days. A Member can receive $10 off for each Referred Customer, up to the value of that order.
• If a Referred Customer skips a month, the Member will not receive the rebate for that customer in those months.
• If a Referred Customer cancels, the Member will no longer receive a rebate for that customer. If a Referred Customer renews their subscription after canceling, the Member will continue to get a rebate for that customer.
• The Member’s rebate for a Referred Customer is effective for 365 days after the Referred Member first purchases a subscription.
• If a Member skips their monthly subscription box, they will receive a discount code to use their monthly rebate for a One-Time Box within the next 30 days. If the Member does not use this discount code, their rebate for that month will be forfeited.
• If a Member cancels their subscription, they will no longer get any referral credits applied to recurring orders, even if they resubscribe.
• If a Prepaid Member successfully refers a Referred Customer, the Prepaid Member will receive a discount code to use their monthly rebate for a One-Time Box within the next 30 days. If they do not use that code, their rebate will be added as a credit on their subscription for the following year.
