Product Description

  • This silky cold-smoked salmon is cured with a mixture of brown sugar, salt, dark rum, and extra virgin olive oil, then smoked with natural alder wood. It’s sliced into ready-to-eat strips that are delicious on their own, or that bring a luxurious depth of flavor to any dish. Includes four 3 oz packages that are frozen and vacuum-sealed.


Cooking Tips

  • Classically served on bagels with cream cheese for brunch, but there are many ways to enjoy this versatile treat. Fold it into a quiche before baking, place on top of pizza after baking or creamy seafood chowders, or add to cream-based pastas just before serving.


Sourcing & Traceability

  • The sockeye salmon was caught using gillnet gear in Upper Cook Inlet in Southcentral Alaska.
