These Cape Cod day boat scallops are of the highest quality and extraordinarily delicious. Day boats spend 24 hours or less at sea, ensuring maximum freshness of their harvest. They also never store their scallops in freshwater, which would dilute their incredible texture and flavor. The scallops are frozen and vacuum sealed into 1/2 pound packages, with 5 to 10 scallops per package.
