Halibut burger is made by scraping the frame of the fish and sending the morsels through a coarse grinder, resulting in little ½” to 1” pieces that are perfect for fish cakes, tacos, onigiri, potsticker filling, stir-fries, and more. Try simmering it in stew or chowders, combining it with breadcrumbs and seasoning to form burgers or meatballs, or sautéing and folding it into scrambled eggs and hash browns for breakfast scramble. The halibut burger meat is boneless, frozen, and vacuum-sealed into a one-pound package.
