Wild Alaska Pacific cod is a versatile and delicious species that makes it a go-to everyday whitefish. They’re caught across Alaska using hook-and-line and traps, which are low-impact fishing gear types that minimize bycatch waste and deliver our cod quickly bled and chilled. Portions are 5-7 oz, carefully frozen and vacuum-sealed, skinless and boneless.

Pacific cod is mild and subtly sweet with a delicate texture. Versatile as ever, it can be swapped in for other proteins to make easy sheet-pan dinners, bowls, tacos, or sandwiches. Because it’s such a lean fish, it’s delicious simmered in creamy chowders and fragrant curries or paired with rich sauces like aioli, pesto, chimichurri, or a buttery pan sauce.
