  • A red coconut curry packed with local vegetables and Sitka Seafood Market Pacific cod and infused with the bright, fresh flavors of ginger, garlic, lime, and lemongrass, all served over nutty brown rice. Developed by Pasture and Plenty Chefs and prepared in their kitchen in Madison, WI, using only whole food ingredients sourced from Sitka Seafood Market, and local farms and food producers. Ships fully cooked and frozen in recyclable and compostable packaging and size options include single (16 oz, serves 1-2) and family (32 oz, serves 2-3).

Cooking Tips
