Wild Alaska Dungeness Crab
Dungeness crab meat is tender and delicate, with a subtle briny-sweet flavor that pairs equally well with rich, melted butter or a simple squeeze of lemon. Check out our cooking guide on How to Cook and Shell Crab. Comes glazed and frozen in precooked clusters.

Wild Alaska Sablefish (Black Cod)
Sablefish, also known as black cod, has a mild, buttery-sweet flavor and large, silky flakes. With a higher fat content than other white fish, it’s particularly luscious when pan-fried and served with bright, acidic sauces. Portions are 5-7 ounces, frozen, vacuum-sealed, skin on.
