The Anti-Resolution Solution to Healthier Eating
Meal prep is the key to making healthier choices at dinnertime. Culinary director, Grace Parisi shows us how.

From Local Fishermen to Your Plate
We believe that knowing the who, where, and how your fish was caught is how to trust and truly have a connection with the seafood that is on your plate.

New Year, New You
As we begin our slow recovery from the holiday’s indulgence, we find ourselves craving food that’s wholesome, light, and simple. Full of healthy fats and vitamins, fish — particularly wild-caught fish — is exactly that. To start off the new year, here are some energizing, invigorating meals to nourish your body, soul, and the planet.
Steamed Halibut with Scallion Butter
This simple one-pot recipe comes together in minutes and is so much greater than the sum of its parts. The simmering wine wilts the spinach which steams the fish which is bathed in a fragrant scallion butter. It takes more time to describe it than it does to prepare. Top it all off with buttery pistachios and serve with crusty bread to soak up all the luscious pan juices.

Sesame-Crusted Salmon
Nutty sesame seeds and wild salmon is a winning flavor and texture combination. As an added bonus, the sesame seeds protect the delicate salmon from scorching and overcooking.
