How It Works

We have been a part of Sitka Salmon Shares/Sitka Seafood Market for about 3 1/2 years and I have never eaten so much delicious seafood and fish EVER. I love the variety of fish and seafood; it is always high quality and can be eaten cooked or raw. Delivery is so easy. The most difficult thing to do is to figure out what to make for dinner (and they even help with that by including a signature recipe with each box and through their website). EAT MORE FISH!

We enjoy eating the seafood from Sitka because of its quality and it just tastes good. We feel better knowing how the fish was caught and processed, and the fact that the community can sustain the fishery and the families who do the work. We ran a sustainable cow-calf ranching operation for 37 years and think we know a little bit about what a family can produce by maintaining the biological system.

We've been Sitka Seafood subscribers for a while now and are so happy we joined. The salmon always tastes fresh and is far superior to anything we find in the store here in Wisconsin. We've also tried some of the add ons like ahi tuna, rockfish, shrimp and bay scallops. They too have been excellent. Customer service is great-- quick to respond to my questions and super friendly. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
