Wild domestic Gulf of Mexico white shrimp (otherwise known as gulf shrimp) are sweet and earthy, deliciously showcasing the quintessential shrimp flavor. Each 1/2 lb bag contains 16-30 pieces, head off, shell on, carefully frozen, and vacuum sealed.

Their texture is tender with a pleasing bite, and their firm shells are removed easily before cooking or while enjoying a peel-and-eat recipe. Add them to kabobs to enjoy on the grill, stir-fry them with vegetables and noodles, or sauté them for tacos, tostadas, or po’boys.

They were caught by our trusted partners Biloxi Shrimp and Anna Marie Shrimp, leaders in sustainable shrimping in the Gulf of Mexico. They use otter trawl gear with Turtle Excluder Devices which causes less damage to the seafloor than bottom trawls and release sea turtles unharmed.
