Bairdi crab is a showstopper presentation on your table. It has a sweet, pronounced crab flavor and firm yet tender texture that shreds easily. Clusters are about 12 inches long, pre-cooked, glazed, frozen, and loose-packed, with 2 to 4 clusters per box.

Try it steamed or boiled and served with dipping sauces, or split and grilled then topped with compound butters. It’s also delicious when added to sushi rolls, or stir-fried with aromatics and butter or oil.

Our Bairdi crab is caught by small boat fishermen using pot fishing gear outside of Petersburg, Alaska.
