Wild Louisiana white shrimp (otherwise known as gulf shrimp) are sweet and earthy, deliciously showcasing the quintessential shrimp flavor. Each 1/2 lb bag contains 10-12 pieces, head off, shell on, carefully frozen, and vacuum sealed.

Their texture is tender with a pleasing bite, and their firm shells are removed easily before cooking or while enjoying a peel-and-eat recipe. Add them to kabobs to enjoy on the grill, stir-fry them with vegetables and noodles, or sauté them for tacos, tostadas, or po’boys.
