Our wild-caught smoked sablefish is sweet, salty, and smoky with large, silky flakes. It is a beautiful addition to a charcuterie board on its own or mixed with cream cheese for a salty spread. You could also add it to a frittata, make a smoked fish salad sandwich, or bake it on flatbread with sliced brie, onions, olives, and pickled jalapeños.

Caught using low-impact pot and longline fishing gear in Southeast and Southcentral Alaska and hot-smoked in Wisconsin.
