Choose between two sizes — one with 12 portions (6 coho and 6 sockeye salmon) or a smaller option with 8 portions (4 coho and 4 sockeye salmon). Each piece is about 6 ounces, individually vacuum-sealed, frozen at peak freshness, and comes with the skin on and pin bones in to protect the quality.
