Wild Dungeness crab is the west coast’s prized shellfish. Caught in traps across from Northern California all the way to Alaska, this closely monitored fishery delivers some of the most sustainable crab available. They come pre-cooked and “half-backed,” which means we’ve removed the midsection and left only the meaty clusters of legs and claws. Clusters are glazed, frozen, and loose-packed.

Dungeness crab is known for its sweet, briny flavor and tender, delicate meat. Try it grilled and served with dipping sauces or stirred into chowders, soups, or risottos.

Caught using pot gear in the coastal waters of the Pacific Northwest and in the waters around Petersburg and Upper Lynn Canal in Southeast Alaska.
