How Prepaid Credits Work

When you add credits, we deposit your bonus right alongside them — add $1,000, and $1,100 lands in your account. Your recurring subscription and add-on charges draw from that balance automatically, so there's nothing to manage month to month. For one-time marketplace orders, the choice is yours: pay with credits or use another payment method. Balances typically update within 60 minutes of purchase, and once your balance runs out, future charges simply switch back to your default payment method — no interruption to your subscription.

And as always, you're covered by our satisfaction guarantee: if you're not satisfied at any point, you can cancel anytime and receive a full refund.
