MORE PRODUCT DETAILS

Product Description

  • Give the flavor of Alaska with this curated seafood gift box. It contains 2 pieces each of albacore and Pacific cod, 4 pieces of sockeye salmon and a half pound of Louisiana white shrimp. The fish portions are each 5-7 ounces, frozen, and vacuum-sealed. Shrimp are head off, shell on, ice-glazed, frozen, and loose-packed into a bag. The salmon has the skin on and pin bones in, while the Albacore tuna and Pacific cod are skinless and boneless. We’ve included pin bone tweezers in the box, along with two beautiful recipe cards developed by our culinary director, Grace Parisi, to make for an unparalleled unboxing experience.

Cooking Tips

  • We've included two recipe cards in this box to help your gift recipient make best use of their seafood.

Sourcing & Transparency

  • Our sockeye salmon is caught in Bristol Bay, Alaska using gillnet gear. Our Pacific cod is caught outside Cook Inlet in the Gulf of Alaska using pot and longline gear. Our Albacore tuna is caught off the coasts of Oregon and California with pole-and-line gear. Our white shrimp is caught using specialized otter trawl nets, with turtle excluder devices to skim the inland waters of the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Louisiana.

Packaging & Shipping

  • You'll have the opportunity to select your delivery week at checkout. Otherwise, orders placed by 11:59pm CT on Saturdays will be delivered the following week. All orders are packed in environmentally responsible insulation, recyclable packaging, and on dry ice.

Founded by Fishermen, Driven by Integrity

At Sitka Seafood Market, our roots run deep in Alaska's waters. Marsh, a second-generation fisherman, started this company on the simple principle of respect for the ocean. With a commitment to sustainable fishing practices, we bring you seafood as nature intended — wild, fresh, and responsibly harvested. Marsh knows the value of working with the tides, understanding the rhythms of the sea, and passing on this knowledge to future generations.
