  • Baking dish, sturdy rimmed baking sheet, or ovenproof skillet

Directions

Bake in a medium-hot oven (350°F to 375°F) until the fish is opaque, flakes easily, and reaches the desired internal temperature (see How to Know When Fish is Done Cooking), about 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish for fully cooked fish.
