Peak Season: May through September

Black Sea Bass has a mild, sweet flavor with a delicate flake and delicious skin. Pot-caught by small boat fishermen along the Eastern seaboard, this species has slightly smaller fillets, around 3 to 4 ounces each. There are about 3 pieces in each vacuum sealed package.
