The fishing grounds off of Sitka for this beloved fish are some of the most prolific king salmon habitats in the world. With a fishery that sometimes lasts only 6-7 days, these fish are truly rare and prized. Portions are 5-7 oz, carefully frozen and vacuum-sealed with skin on and pin bones in.

Our king salmon is caught using hook-and-line troll gear in the coastal waters of Southeast Alaska in one of the smallest and most tightly regulated salmon fisheries in Alaska.
