This box is a celebration of Alaska’s wild salmon season, thoughtfully packed for home cooks and seafood lovers alike. Choose between two sizes — one with 12 portions (6 coho and 6 sockeye salmon) or a smaller option with 8 portions (4 coho and 4 sockeye salmon). Each piece is about 6 ounces, individually vacuum-sealed, frozen at peak freshness, and comes with the skin on and pin bones in to protect the quality. To enhance the experience, we’ve added a packet of a classic salmon seasoning and pin bone tweezers for easy prep, and two original recipe cards from our culinary director, Grace Parisi. Plus, for a limited time, this box comes with an engraved Sitka Seafood Market spatula, while supplies last.
