Every fish in this box is wild-caught in Alaska by independent small-boat fishermen using low-impact, sustainable gear. The sockeye and rockfish are harvested using hook-and-line or gillnet methods in waters ranging from Bristol Bay and Upper Cook Inlet to the coastal waters near Kodiak and Southeast Alaska. The salmon candy is caught with gillnet gear in Upper Cook Inlet in Southcentral Alaska. The lemon zest salmon burgers are made from wild Alaska salmon caught with gillnet gear and processed in Renton, WA. Every fish is traceable to its source — caught with care and handled with intention so the quality comes through on your plate.
