This gift box is a celebration of Alaska’s wild salmon season, thoughtfully packed for home cooks and seafood lovers alike. Choose between two sizes — one with 12 portions (6 coho and 6 sockeye salmon) or a smaller option with 8 portions (4 coho and 4 sockeye salmon). Each piece is about 6 ounces, individually vacuum-sealed, frozen at peak freshness, and comes with the skin on and pin bones in to protect the quality. To enhance the experience, we’ve added a packet of a classic salmon seasoning and pin bone tweezers for easy prep, and two original recipe cards from our culinary director, Grace Parisi. Our salmon is caught using gillnet and troll gear in Southeast Alaska.
