In this class, Grace demonstrates how to prep your grill and your fish to create a deliciously grilled filet. There are many different ways to grill fish, such as on a cedar plank, grill basket, in foil pouches, or directly on the grill grate. Grace compares two different salmon portions after grilling coho salmon on a cedar plank using a propane grill, and king salmon directly on the grate.
