Lobster

Peak Season: July - December

Sweet, succulent, and just a little indulgent, our wild Maine lobster tails are pot-caught by small-boat fishermen off the coast of Maine, where the fishery protects egg-bearing lobsters and enforces size limits to keep the harvest healthy year after year. Because they arrive raw, you control the cook: split and broil them with garlic butter, grill them shell-side down, or steam them and toss big hunks with butter for the most delicious lobster rolls you’ve ever made.
