King Salmon Steaks Bundle

Any recipe that calls for salmon fillets can be adapted to use salmon steaks. Try it broiled with marinades or glazes, grilled on a cedar plank or directly on the grill grates, or pan-seared in a hot skillet. For a show-stopping presentation, roll the steaks into a spiral before cooking — simply remove the bones, wrap the belly flaps around to form a spiral, and tie with kitchen twine.
