Our tender, sweet, and succulent Maine lobster tails are sustainably caught in pots by small-boat fishermen off the coast of Maine. Includes two tails, 5-6oz each, raw, individually frozen, and loosely sealed in a pouch.

These lobster tails are sweet and briny, with tender meat and a slightly firm bite or “snap.” Try them steamed, grilled, or broiled and served with melted butter for dipping. Add diced lobster meat to pasta, grits, or risotto for a delicious, elegant dinner.

These lobsters were pot-caught by small boat fishermen off the coast of Maine, where the fishery restricts the catch of egg-bearing lobsters and enforces size restrictions to promote a sustainable harvest year after year.
