Product Description

  • Dive into the season with our Salmon Stock-Up Box, packed with everything you need for summer grilling and easy meals. It’s a salmon lover’s dream — fresh, flavorful, and ready for the grill.


    3 lbs of lean keta salmon: 6 oz portions, carefully frozen and vacuum-sealed with skin on and pin bones in.

    2 lbs of Coho Salmon Captain's Cuts: Smaller pieces of our standard wild coho salmon portions, individually frozen and vacuum-sealed in 8oz packages with skin on and pin-bones in.

    2 lbs of salmon burger mince: This meat is carefully scraped from the frame of the fish and processed into small pieces, similar to ground beef. Each 1lb package is carefully frozen, vacuum-sealed, and boneless.

    8 of our crowd-favorite, grill-ready salmon burger patties: A mix of our Umami and Lemon-Pepper flavors.

Cooking Tips

  • Keta is very mild and works well battered and fried or simmered in a creamy chowder. Coho has a mild flavor with medium fat content and medium-large flakes. Serve in stews or soups, pan-fry and serve with sauces, fold it into pasta, or use in your favorite raw dish. Salmon burger meat is easy to make into burgers, fold into scrambles, stir-fry with vegetables, or sauté and season it for tacos. And the grill-ready burgers come in two flavors - Lemon-Pepper and Umami - individually frozen and ready for the grill.
